The orthotics are designed to last 1 year with regular use and should be replaced within this timeframe or at the first signs of wear.

However, as we work with international partners who ship directly to the United States and United Kingdom, we do not accept product returns. Returning items to the manufacturer incurs high international shipping costs, which would ultimately make the process impractical for most customers.
