60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. Worn or unworn, it doesn't matter, and you don't need to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email support@steadystepinsoles.com with your order number, within 60 days of delivery.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label. You don't pay for return postage.
- Send the item back using that label.
Refunds
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right straight away.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. It doesn't affect them.
