What it actually is
Not a soft slipper.
A memory-foam footbed compresses flat within weeks. This is a moulded sole that holds its shape — the same arch support geometry as Steady Step insoles, built in rather than dropped on top.
The curve of the sole rolls you through each step, so your forefoot bends less than it would on a flat sole. And there is nothing between your toes: a toe post stays on because you grip it, which is the opposite of resting.

Sizing
Measure your foot, don’t convert your shoe size.
Shoe sizes disagree between brands and between countries. The length of your foot doesn’t. These run in whole centimetres, so measuring takes a minute and it is the single best thing you can do to avoid sending them back.
- Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and stand on it, heel to the wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — it isn’t always the big one.
- Measure heel to mark in centimetres. Do both feet and use the longer one.
- Round up to the next size in the table. A 25.4 cm foot takes the 26 cm.

What to expect
The first few days.
Real arch support feels like something at first. You notice it under the middle of your foot, and that’s the support doing its job rather than a fault.
Most people stop noticing within three to five days. If it still feels wrong after that, it’s almost always the size rather than the shoe — measure again before you decide.

Can I wear them on hard floors?
That’s what they’re for. Tile, laminate and wood are where a flat slipper leaves your arch unsupported.
Can I wear them outside?
To the bin, the garden, the car. The EVA is waterproof and rinses clean. They’re not walking shoes.
I’m between sizes.
There are no half sizes — these go up in whole centimetres, so each one covers two EU sizes. Measure both feet, take the longer, and round up. An open back is far more forgiving than a shoe, so the larger size is the safer mistake.
I already wear your insoles. Do I need these too?
Yes, and it’s not an upsell. Your insoles cover the hours you’re in outdoor shoes. These cover the rest of the day.
